About Lois
Lois M. Spargur has dedicated over 18 years to the real estate industry. She has a genuine passion for helping those who serve others, as she embodies this spirit herself. It all began when she owned and operated the Englewood Cafe in Independence, Missouri. Its close proximity to the National Guard’s 1st Battalion 129 Field Artillery Battery D, famously nicknamed ‘Harry Truman’s Own’ allowed her to connect with service members and their families.
With the greatest respect and a reverence of gratitude toward our service men and women, Lois’s warm personality and hot meals attracted many around her table. She often served veterans and local first responders, firefighters and police officers, free of charge without expecting anything in return, simply wanting to support those who put others first.
Today, people continue to be drawn to Lois’s ‘table,’ but instead of homemade pies, she now offers her expertise in real estate for those looking to buy or sell. With 18 years of experience, you can trust Lois to offer you reliable advice. Her honesty and guidance consistently prioritize your best interests.
